These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Taj Indian Fusion website and online ordering service. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the online ordering service.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes, including viewing our menu, requesting catering information and placing pickup orders. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use it for fraudulent activity.

Menu, Pricing and Availability

Menu items, descriptions, ingredients, prices, hours and availability may change. Items may become unavailable after an order is submitted. We may contact you to discuss a substitution, adjustment or cancellation when an item cannot be fulfilled. Applicable taxes, fees and selected gratuity are shown during checkout before payment.

Pickup Orders

Pickup estimates and scheduled times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, item preparation or circumstances outside our control. Please pick up your order from Taj Indian Fusion at 3046 NJ-35, Hazlet, NJ 07730 and have your order information available.

Your Information and Order Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup and order information and for reviewing your selections before payment. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Allergy or dietary notes are requests for the restaurant to review and do not guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.

Payments

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. You authorize the displayed total when you submit payment. An order is not considered paid until payment is successfully confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to change or cancel an order, call us as soon as possible. Because food preparation may begin promptly, cancellation, change or refund requests are considered based on the order status and the circumstances. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing a mobile number and affirmatively consenting during checkout, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Taj Indian Fusion related to that order or requested service. Messages may include order received, order confirmation or preparation, and ready-for-pickup notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not consent to marketing messages. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service Availability and Disclaimer

We work to keep the website and ordering service accurate and available, but they may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taj Indian Fusion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Our liability for a claim directly related to an online order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
