Information We Collect

When you use our website or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, order details, pickup information, special instructions and related transaction information. We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Optional Website Analytics

If you choose to allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google LLC to understand website visits, menu browsing, cart activity, checkout starts and completed orders. The tag is not loaded unless you allow analytics. It may use analytics cookies and process technical information such as browser and device details, page visits, referring website, and approximate location inferred from your connection.

For menu and completed-order measurement, we send menu item names, quantities, item prices, currency, order value and an opaque transaction identifier. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses or instructions, customer account identifiers, item notes, payment details, or coupon codes to Google Analytics. Page views use a limited set of page paths and omit query strings and fragments.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by our payment service provider. Taj Indian Fusion does not directly collect or store your full payment card number. The payment provider handles card information under its own terms and privacy practices, while we receive information needed to confirm and manage your transaction.

SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

If you affirmatively consent to transactional text messages during checkout, Taj Indian Fusion may use your mobile number to send updates related to your order, such as order received, order confirmed or being prepared, and ready-for-pickup notices. We do not use this consent to send marketing text messages.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information are not sold. They are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone information may be provided to service providers only as necessary to deliver the transactional messaging or service you requested.

Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not prevent necessary non-SMS communications about an order when another contact method is available.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the purposes described here, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
